It was exceptional, service includes keeping in touch with the client before during and after the service. I appreciated the Bio provided, as it is a reminder that the technician servicing the furnace is a person, an educated person with a life outside of the job being done. On time, very efficient, good communication
We saw a review that stated “he may be the most contagiously happy technician in the city”-WE AGREE! So well informed. Explained all his concerns that we could understand & see his point of view. We are getting all his concerns dealt with today -September 14. Hot water tank replaced & up and running in 2 hours!! He explained all his changes & why. He is now addressing the HVAC concerns. Unfortunately I cannot even rate 1 star. I dislike doing this. But if you want a company that does not show up, on the third day of not showing up, they call in sick ( have yet to actually start project) and then on the 4th day of not showing up, can’t seem to find our account , and really have no ideas when anyone will show up and start the job. We were quoted almost 20,000 and for that price I would have hope they’d care enough to actually service us .
Quoted 2 days to get a hot water tank and furnace installed and they only took 1! Great work and very nice people doing the installation. 2 years later, Fast and efficient work by John for my yearly furnace work. 100% recommend Charlton & Hill Home Services.
