Let me begin by stating that I don't switch doctors on a whim. However, a trusted friend of mine has been raving about Dr. Paukert for years. It's comforting to know that DHP is practicing safe patient-centered protocols during the pandemic. The professionals and staff in this practice are the best around.
I saw my dental hygienist Cindy and Dr. Haines for my 6 month visit. They were as good as ever and observed all the COVID-19 precautions, which of course made me very comfortable about keeping my appointment. The entire staff is doing a great job coping with this health crisis. And I had a great report, following their recent treatment recommendations!
The best Dental experience I have ever had and I have had many in my 81 years. Dr. Zachary Paukert and his assistant were wonderful from start to finish. It is never fun to have a tooth pulled but they made it easy.
I tell everyone I know to go see Dr Paukert and his hygienist, Paula, they are an absolute joy to be around. Using technology and professional expertise, they make decisions quickly, provide information in a professional manner and only move forward when you are ready. I am always happy with any work done on my teeth. My parents also trust Dr Paukert and his entire team, he gets 5-Stars in the Ferguson household.
