I was running a few minutes late and they still got me in and performed everything I needed. Super understanding and great staff. I have no complaints about this office. I recommend to everyone.
Hygienist and Dr S. were great as always.
The experience was excellent. The treatment was courteous and professional and I was happy to make an appointment for my next visit.
The Orr’s and staff are a wonderful efficient dental group. The atmosphere is upbeat, and it is fun to go to the dentist! I have recommended the Orr’s to many people. There has been only positive comments. Thank you to the whole office.

Drs. Sarah and Brian Ott and their entire staff are fabulous. Our experience is always thorough, engaging, and enjoyable. When my daughter had to have a filling my son asked her about getting the numbing shot. Her reply "I got a shot?" In addition to outstanding service, I find the Otts to be extremely knowledgeable on a variety of oral issues. They know their craft and if they don't know something, they will tell you. My 8 yr old son was terrified to go to the dentist based off his previous experiences. This office turned his entire outlook around. He absolutely LOVED everyone that he interacted with to include the hygienist's and the dentist's. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly and didn't seem in a rush, even though you could tell they were a bit busy. I appreciated the quality time they gave my son and I. VERY happy we chose this dental office :).
I had not been to a dentist in over 15 years, and even then my visits were few. I am so glad I found Brian and Sarah!! This husband and wife team know how to treat their patients. From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The office is warm, welcoming, and EXTREMELY clean. The entire staff is so friendly and caring. Making appointments is easy, the waiting room is never over crowded, and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken back. I am so grateful I found the Otts!
