I am not a big fan of going to the Dentist. However seeing Cindy and Dr. Haines makes an "non fun" experience a good one. They work with me, actually tolerated me....I look forward to a long term relationship with Dental Health Partners.
Dr. Haines and Cindy are the absolute BEST! I always have so much fun with them at my visit!
Betsy has been cleaning my teeth for 20 years! She is amazing as a person and a professional. She is always looking for a way to improve health of the underserved and collects items for recycling to help our community.
The people who work there, including front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Paukert are all very efficient and business like but also personable and exude a positive vibe in their personalities. And while Dr. Paukert certainly is cheerful and upbeat, that alone does not explain why the whole staff is like that. Just nice people and a joy to be around them. My only suggestion is that the rinsing water be warm, at least tepid. The cold water hurts my sensitive teeth.
As always a really great visit. Very sad to hear that my favorite man is leaving. Everyone is so friendly it makes going to the dentist very easy.
Technically proficient and nice as can be! One of the best dentistry practices I’ve ever used.
I love and trust Dr Haines so much I travel from Cleveland, Ohio to see him. He’s awesome in every way. The ladies that clean my teeth are friendly and do their job well. The front desk lady is hilarious and sweet. Thank you
Friendly Operates in a timely manner Thorough examinations from both the hygienists and doctor. Explains tests, procedures, answers questions clearly. Ensures patients know needed daily dental habits. Leaves patients feeling that all the dental considerations have been addressed.
My hygenist, Betsey, did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth!! She was efficient, pleasant and thorough AND there was no pain!! Keep up the great work!
