Very satisfied !! Had a completly fractured Partial. Fracture was through the hole to locate partial to gum' with implanted pin. Kate made the repair in short order and very well !! Only had the repaired partial 24 hours and am very satisfied !!----George Pineo
After retiring and moving to Charlottesville, I needed to leave the dentist who cared for me for the last 45 years. My first visit to Dr. Haines was nothing short of excellent. Dr. Haines, his assistant Wendy and everyone I encountered are all first rate in their levels of patient concern and devotion of the highest stands of dental care in all respects. Their communication is outstanding. They came highly recommended and now I know why.
The staff is very professional, but kind and helpful over and above my expectations. Always has been. I've been a patient there 38 yrs. It has always struck me as a happy place. Dr. Paukert took over my care after my dentist retired. He has helped me through a difficult period with my teeth. He explained my options thoroughly. 5 stars!
This practice is the most professional office I have ever experienced. The entire office is staffed with friendly, competent, helpful and pleasant professionals. My hygienist is careful, sensitive to all situations, and offers great advice for what should be done prior to the next appointment. I can't give them a higher rating than one of the best!
