Decades of excellence comes to mind when I think of Charlottesville Dental Health Partners. I was reminded this week that both of my parents benefited from the dental care delivered by the team at CDHP. My brother and his wife are also loyal clients as is my wife too. There’s no substitute for their experience with its attendant outcomes.
After only one visit, I would not hesitate to say that this is by far the best dental practice I have ever used. From the first contact (out in the parking lot as we practiced safety precautions due to COVID 19) they were courteous and friendly. If you are looking for a dentist this group is the most friendly and special group you can find. I had a broken tooth and they worked me in right away. I absolutely love them.
What a delightful and informative visit. Dr. Haines and Susan were so kind, personable, and attentive. Dr. Haines' thoroughness and explanations, along with providing me with a hand mirror to see each individual tooth during assessment was so interesting. His knowledge and focus on proper bite alignment greatly impressed me, allowing me to feel comfortable to trust his expertise.
Based on our visit yesterday, I believe that Charlottesville Dental Partners, and especially hygienist Darian and Dr. Haines, have adapted effectively to the emergency conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. They both gave the careful and cheerful attention that my wife Ellen and I have always so much appreciated, and we consider them among the heroes who serve us in these challenging times.
Personnel are as friendly and professional as ever, and it was great to see them again. They have adapted their routines and spaces to Covid needs very smoothly, seemingly without a hitch. Proud of you guys! Thanks for being there.
