I had a crown fall off on Saturday. I wasn't in pain so I waited to call on Monday and they worked me in asap. Dr. Haines quickly saw what was wrong and gave me 3 options for treatment. What great service and superb caring staff. Liz
Compassion, competence and caring I came to this practice 20 years ago with out of control dental fear. Today, when I tell someone I am headed to the dentist, they always say, "I'm sorry. ' And my reply is "no, I love going to my Dentist" and that's no joke, I do! He (Dr. Viglione) and my hygienist (Cynthia) are wonderful. As Good As It Gets Going to the dentist is often a dreaded experience. I have had exactly the opposite experience at Charlottesville Dental Partners. Beginning with the very pleasant welcome, through the extraordinary attention during the cleaning and exam I felt that everyone was acting in my best interest, that they were clear and informative about every action, and that everyone was interested in ensuring I was having a comfortable and safe exam.
