Amazing customer service (my wedding was over a year ago) and I still think about how amazing this dress shop was! Loved that they had wedding dresses with sleeves because they're so hard to find!

This place is excellent! The employees are all so nice and helpful! I spent a whole day at other places looking for a dress and at Charlotte's I found my dress in five minutes! It's breathtaking.

This was the second store I went to find my dress and I'm glad I did, from the moment I came in I was welcomed and everything just moved smoothly from there. Everyone has such a good attitude and their rooms are actually pretty spacious with enough chairs for your guests. The large mirrors are a plus. I recommend doing the application to get pre-approved for credit which you will probably need anyways because I swear you will end up falling in love won't one of their dresses. Charlotte's is a great choice!! You will not be let down form this place! My experience was both fun and relaxing. My party that came with me was just as pleased as I was. Right away, my party and I were offered a glass of champagne for the big day making my day feel even more special and fun and also gave my party something to enjoy during the process. Today we were helped by the lovely Grace. She was wonderful and kind and full of knowledge. My sister-in-law was there to pick up her wedding dress and try jewelry and Grace was simply amazing. Thank you for the wonderful time, Grace!

I hadn't originally planned to come to Charlotte's based on the website--it seemed like they didn't really have many dresses in my price range. But, after a few disappointing appointments other places and seeing that they carried a brand I liked from online, I made an appointment. As Randy’s fiancé, I, Kelli, had a fabulous experience at Charlotte’s Weddings & More! Shopping for a wedding dress is an exciting, but anxious time. My consultant, Stephanie, was wonderful! Stephanie asked me numerous questions and listened intently to what I was looking for.
