Place is great! Amazing ice cream and service!
Ordered one large chocolate shake and one large peanut butter shake. Not a super complicated order. Shakes were handed to us with the young woman repeating our order, “one chocolate shake and one peanut butter shake.” Immediately realized we actually received one vanilla milk shake and one peanut butter milk shake, and quickly let them know. Great place and delicious ice cream
We absolutely love Charlotte’s (and Charlotte herself). It’s always a treat when we get ice cream at Charlotte’s... whether it’s a family bike ride, celebrating a big win, cooling off on a hot day or getting a doggie sundae for our ridiculously spoiled pooch.
Pineapple 🍍 Dole Soft serve 🍦 Is so delicious 😋... better go get it before it runs out. Sweetest staff ever!!
I gave this place 3 different chances. I understand from working retail that sometimes people have off and cranky days. But the owner who I assume that works the register is very rude and short with customers. I understand you have to keep the line moving but when I have a question about something there is no need to be snarky. I will not be going back. I've asked other people what they thought and had the same opinion as I do. Also a little pricey for soft serve.
