One month in to my group training with Karla and I am so excited and pleased with my results!! Looking forward to more progress in this new year! Karla is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a trainer and a coach!
Starting week 3 of my group training sessions with Karla. Flexibility and Strength training sessions have pushed me way out of my comfort zone. Karla challenges you, makes you accountable and accepts zero excuses! I feel more confident, strong, healthy and I can't wait to get to my class each afternoon! She isn't just an "instructor", she is changing me and the way I think about food and fitness!

I’ve been going to Karla for a few months now and her deep tissue massages are now a staple on my calendar. For anyone with stress or who sits behind a desk for a large part of the day, do yourself a favor and go see Karla.
This is therapy on a different, greater level! Massage session with Karla was amazing, really worked through my tough, tense spots, and then went to work out and teach dance and thought the next day I would be completely sore, but on the contrary had an amazing sense of calm, peace, and had increased energy and focus. Amazing! Highly recommend!
I had my first deep tissue massage with Karla today and I can not tell you how amazing it was. She was able to work out knots that have been bothering me for the longest time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I felt totally relaxed in her care. Seriously the most intense yet amazing deep tissue massage I have ever gotten. I will definitely be back!
I heard through word of mouth about her massages, and I now know why people are talking. One conversation and you know she knowledgeable and understand how to tailor a session according to what each person needs.

She incorporates her first-hand experience for a more holistic and complete approach to wellness, rather than just a one-time massage. And when combining her group personal training sessions with massage, you get the best of all worlds. Highly recommended!
As someone who has recurring neck/shoulder pain as well as works on their feet all day I can't tell you how nice it it to have found a therapist that can work deep tissue if I need it, but also give a great Swedish massage when I just want to relax! I love my sessions with Karla �.
