Keeping in mind that Surgery is such a personal experience, and there are so many different facets and aspects of it, so I understand that everyone is going to have a different viewpoint, but really hard for me to understand how this clinic is rated 3.7 stars. Everyone was so friendly. MY Surgeon Dr Delay, did an excellent job including seeing me twice before and after surgery My nurse got my IV in so fast I didnt even feel it. The anesthesia Dr and assistant answered all my questions and helped me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this center and staff. Thank you for taking such good care of me!
I have had both of my hips replaced here, one in 2022 and the other 6 weeks ago. Both experiences were great! Friendly, organized, I felt well cared for. I went home that day for both surgeries. My husband was there to remember any discharge instructions I would forget due to meds. They followed up in 3 days to check on me and answer any questions. I would recommend this place. No one ever answers the phone. My child is paralyzed in her leg from the nerve block she received. I call her physician at ortho North Carolina and they tell me to contact the surgery center while I do and nobody ever answers the phone or returns calls. She can’t move her leg. Believe me when I tell you this there are better options. Go to Mercy Hospital and have your surgery or any of the other hospitals in the Charlotte area. Scheduled a surgery here, received a call confirming the surgery date and time, was billed for my portion of the costs after they reviewed my benefits, then they canceled three days before surgery. When I called to inquire why the surgery had been canceled after I had already paid, I was told that the surgery center decided to cancel since they wouldn't be making a profit on my procedure and insurance would only reimburse them.
