Dr. Hand is amazing. After seeing two other dermatologists that just threw meds at me for two years, she was able to figure out what was going on and get me on the right path. Her staff is also amazing and has followed up with me many times to make sure I was improving and if I needed anything. We are very blessed to have this team in our area.
First & foremost, the dermatologist, Dr Hand, answered my questions & thoroughly evaluated my concerns with expertise. From calling the office for an appointment, checking in & all other conversations with the staff, I was treated with professionalism, respect, & positivity, which is lacking in some doctor offices. I took my mom in to have a skin cancer removed and Dr Hand was very nice to her and explained everything she was going to do. My mom just loved her. The other staff treated my mom very well also. We will be back and have found a great dermatologist.
