Charlotte schmidt failed to negotiate on my behalf during the purchase of a sailboat. Her marine surveyor failed to find or disclose that the forward head had no holding tank. In addition she is not a member of the professional yacht sales association in California for a reason .it is suggested that if your forced to use her brokerage you secure your own maritime attorney to represent your interests .. she doesn’t use standard forms in the industry and is unethical failing to honor items in the contract we had discussed .
