Cassie is a friendly person to do business with. She has great knowledge of the business and is VERY thorough explaining all of the cautions,rules and common courtesy behaviors. We really appreciated all of Cassis help during our entry into the storage facility.

I really want to like this place but their pricing is insanely shady. I got a deal on their website, then a few months later they increase my rate 104%. You read that right, 104% while they are still advertising move in rates on their website as good or better as my previous rate. I don’t understand how they have a 4.3 rating even with that type of business practices. I know I’ll go into the office and “switch spots” to get the web rate back but I’ve had to do this every 6 months or so while I use this place. It’s not a good... read more
