After looking at the different Charlotte Radiology locations recommended by my doctor, I chose the Fort Mill location because it was the closest to my area. Scheduling my appointment online was very easy and convenient. I was even able to get an appointment for almost the very next day. The staff provided excellent service, everything was well organized, and I was seen on time without any delays. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Charlotte Radiology in Fort Mill. Excellent service!
So happy to have this place close to home. Good atmosphere, welcoming front staff and an amazing mammographer/tech who goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and calm.
Great facility. I’ve been to it twice and each time it’s very clean. Large waiting area. Everyone was friendly and kind. They answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location!
They make what most people call an uncomfortable screening very comfortable. My experience has always been that they are very clean, and very quick. Maura is particularly wonderful and helpful.
I had an AMAZING experience with the staff and clinical team at Charlotte Radiology in Fort Mill. I was scheduled for a breast MRI for weeks and had postponed it at least once due to my anxiety and claustrophobia. I did not want sedation because I couldn’t get anyone to be my driver for this appt. When I arrived I was immediately met with the most positive attitudes and friendliest faces.
