I work at the Charlotte Outlet and have been there since we opened on July 31st, 2014. Love the outdoor mall, love my job at the Swarovski Outlet store. Can't say enough about the pleasure it is to work in such pretty surroundings
My adventure today was pleasant and successful. I'm a very satisfied customer, Children's Place and Oshkosh had exactly what I was shopping for. Pleased with the service in both stores, thank you for the great bargains too!!!!
We got some great deals in the Sketchers store, New Balance and Vera Bradley stores! Everyone was very helpful! Need more restaurants around though. Overall, very pleased.
Very nice and somewhat modern looking. However, I was disappointed when I found out there was no Polo store or Forever21. The prices at my other favorite outlet stores were amazing though.
I raised my concern by sending emails to customer care and also posted in fb also sent messages. No reply so far. Very frustrating �
