I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and it has been a great experience. All the office ladies are super sweet and very helpful. The maintenance team does a great job at fixing anything going on in the apartment. The little park in the middle of the apartment complex is perfect for my daughter. Great experience overall!
Office staff is nice and helpful. Repair to utilities was done well. I'm super happy with this place, and it's only a 5 minute walk to Safeway & food places. It even has a parking garage; just be aware the spaces are a bit narrow. Thank you to Annie and Christina in the office for all help.
DON'T even apply to this place unless you have a 600 or higher credit score , they credit check you not credit screen . Also they ran our credit and it said we all had really low credit scores but we checked online and we already knew they were all not that low, so they must be lying or using a sketchy credit website. Also On our report they gave to us it said I worked somewhere my family member worked and vice versa, it's NOT ACCURATE and they will scam you out of $25 for each person .
