Multiple phone calls and My Chart requests made for a refill of Robaxin. Dr. Orr promised meds refills would be no problem, except RX was issued through ED, with no refill available per My Chart. Can not reach a live person at ANY of Premier providers! Poor hand over from Trauma Clinic to Orr. Refill request made last week! Losing all confidence in Dr. Orr, Premier Health and Miami Valley Trauma Clinic!!!
Dr. Orr has been wonderful with my elderly mother who broke her leg. She takes her time with the family, explains everything, and answers our questions. She has been so kind and gentle which is exactly what my mother needs. Dr. Orr has been thorough and professional and I would recommend her to anyone.

I hear is does okay surgery and is fairly pleasant to her patients; however she is known to fat-shame her scrub techs while in the OR and is incredibly unprofessional. Speaks poorly of her pts and colleagues outside the exam room. Do not recommend.
