I love going here! Dr. Hawks is amazing! She does a thorough job and spends as much time as you need/want to help you understand what’s going on with your eyes. She is very caring and does an amazing job!
I have always appreciated Dr. Hawks and her professionalism but sadly I can't say the same for her staff. My contacts prescription was missing information and the contacts provider called and asked them to fax an updated copy of the prescription, then a few days later I called again and left a detailed message and asked that they call me when it had been faxed, then a few days later I called and was referred to Kim where I left the same detailed message again with a request to call me when it had been done, today I call agai... read more

Charlotte Optometric Eye Clinic was amazing, definitely enjoyed getting my yearly eye checkup with the fact that they provide such great customer service and having advanced technology to diagnose any eye issue and to determine pre-existing diseases.
