I wish I had seen the reviews before making an appointment at this place. I made the urgent appointment through their appointment system that handles all locations. I specifically requested the Arboretum location and made the appointment. Just to make sure there were no problems, I asked for the office number to confirm the appointment which I did. I second the review of Susannah H. WORST doctor I have ever been to. Was supposed to have a prescription filled a week ago and it was never done. Nurse told me that the prescription didn't even exist. I called every 3 hours about it today. It got to the point where I was about to go to a different doctor just to get the same prescription refilled! Eventually they caved in after a long winded yell from yours truly. The patient care at this office is shameful. It is impossible to get test results, prescriptions, or any follow-up even on serious medical issues. It recently took 3+ weeks to get a prescription clarified/filled, though it only required a phone call from this office. The practice knew that their failure to act had left me without HRT for more than 10 days and still no one could be moved to act.
