Mark and Paul did our bathroom, our kitchen was pending on the results of the bathroom project. Needless to say, they didn't do our kitchen. The project started out great, good advice and a sound plan. We had very specifically said we wanted a cast iron tub, and we special ordered one. I had Charlotte Kitchen and Bath Remodlers in 2019 for an upstairs master bathroom remodel. It was to take 6 weeks but turned into 6 months. And as of now may 2022 I am still unable to use my leaking shower. The shower leaks from a unknown source to my downstairs den ceiling. This is actually the 4th time it has leaked.
