Located inside the magnificent Music Factory, the Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre serves as a grand venue for concerts, theater and other cultural acts. The amphitheater can accommodate more than 2000 spectators and an elevated lawn seating arrangement has the capacity for an additional 3,000 to relax and enjoy the show. Built in 2009, this 'boutique amphitheater' has been host to more than 20 concerts in its opening year consisting of various national and international bands.

Have been to several concerts at this amazing Amphitheatre, not a bad seat in the house . Great acoustics , clean and friendly staff . Highly recommend this venue. 5 star rating
Had pit tickets. VIP early entrance, got there 30mins before doors opened and was right up front vip is worth it since early admission GA lines up fast and hours ahead of show

I had a great time Thursday night at the Kacey Musgraves concert. The staff there was absolutely incredible and so nice and friendly!! This venue is top notch! They even gave us free cups and sunglasses. They made sure to let us know that if we needed anything to please let them know! Absolutely wonderful venue!!
First I want to say how much I appreciate the help and attention the staff at the amphitheater gave to me. I have to use an oxygen tank. They constantly were checking on me and bringing me water to make sure I was ok. They also helped me while I was in line to enter the concert. I had so much fun at the lizzo concert. She was the best. I’ve been waiting on this concert all summer and she was even more amazing than what I was even expecting.
