These guys are a total rip off. I paid for an 8 ft. tree, and I got a 6 ft. tree with a 1.5 ft. stick on top. Total scam, do not trust these guys.
Business response:
Unfortunately we refunded this customer 100% of his money for the christmas tree he purchased from us. Our guys delivered him the wrong size tree which was a mistake and offered the customer to bring a new tree the very next day. He was scheduled but before we could deliver he went and purchased somewhere else. He was given a 100% refund for his tree the next day and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have been delivering over 150 fresh cut frasir fir Christmas trees and have never had an issue we couldn't resolve.
