Maybe avoid this place for alterations. While the staff were kind, I was really disappointed with the quality and outcome of the service. I brought in a pair of sterling silver earrings to have them converted into necklace charms, requesting silver loops like the one on an existing feather charm I showed them. After waiting a full month and paying $66 plus tax, I received two oversized rings that turned out not to be sterling silver at all, despite being told they would be.
