Charlotte Jewelers has earned my trust and my recommendation. I first went to the store to sell some gold chains and rings. Levon and the whole Charlotte team were very welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. The whole process was detailed, transparent and very fair. After my second visit, I trusted Charlotte Jewelers to repair a family heirloom diamond ring. They replaced the shank, a broken diamond and have restored the ring to its former glory. All done at a very reasonable price. Thank you Charlotte Jewelers!
