ALEX WAS AMAZING! Texted the number right away that night he got my iphone fixed in less than 8 minutes and showing me all the inside parts of the Iphone! I so recommend him! Not should who wouldn't? Alex replaced my iPhone 6 back over the summer, super convenient and price was spot on. He later did a screen replacement on my son's iPhone 5 and replaced the battery. Again, impeccable service and price. I just had an issue with my iPhone 6 screen that had been replaced and Alex replaced without question given that it was an obvious manufacturer flaw. You can not go wrong having Charlotte iPhone Repair fix your Apple devices!!! Alex is professional and knows what he is doing. Truly the best.
I needed my iPhone 6+ fixed quickly, late on a Saturday. I found Alex and Charlotte iPhone Repair searching online. He called back "after hours" and met me at his office. The work was done in front of me, in a quick 15 minutes and they use authentic Apple parts. The phone looks new and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Alex.
My iphone looked awful, I could barely read half of my screen. I made my appointment for 12:30 Alex was right on time. It only took about 10mins or so for him to fix it! So happy to have my phone back to original condition!! Thank you!
CPR had my phone for 2 hours just sitting there! They weren't able to fix it and it was already 6:45 it's when I called Charlotte iPhone repair and they repaired it as soon as possible the same day! We met up with Alex at a Starbucks and it didn't even take about 15 minutes till I had the phone completely repaired I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know and make sure to make him my only resource.
Professional and speedy service! Cracked screen at 8am. Schedule appointment at 10am. Alex came to my office at 2pm as scheduled and switched out screen in front of me!!! Awesome service!
I had a great experience with Alex! My volume buttons and power buttons stopped working. I took my phone to Apple is South Park Mall and they told me it was impossible to fix and i will have to buy a new phone . I immediately took it to Alex , he fixed my phone in 10 minutes and added extra protection !! I had a wonderful experience!! thanks again Alex
