Alex was great! I shattered the screen on my iPhone and found his company in a google search. I gave them a call and less than 2 hours later, Alex was at my house and fixed my screen within 15 minutes! It was cheaper than the other estimates I received and he even put a really nice screen protector on my phone. I would highly recommend!

These guys are amazing! My son's iPhone completely stopped working because of a broken screen on the third day of college. He couldn't call or text us, his dad and I were 200 miles away, all the cell phone repair stores near him were closed for Labor Day weekend, and he doesn't have access to a car to travel. I sent an after hours message and Alyssa answered me right away. Alex came out the same day and repaired his phone. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend Charlotte iPhone Repair to anyone!
Alex has fixed my devices an embarrassing amount of times. It's always done correctly with care. The convenience of having someone who'll come to me is super important with my busy schedule and pricing is more than reasonable. We'll continue to use Charlotte iPhone Repair when we need a device fixed!

Alex was amazing! I shattered my iPhone screen at 3pm today and had it repaired at 6:30pm the same day. He came to my house and was super nice and very personable. If I ever break my phone again, Alex will be the first person I call. Thank you for such great customer service!

I met Alex about 6 months ago when I needed an urgent iPhone glass repair. I sent a request for service the night before and he was at my place of work the next day. It took him no more than 10 minutes to replace! I was definitely impressed! I needed another repair today and not only did he come same day, the glass and lcd he used was defective so he had to go back down to Charlotte and came back to the Lake Norman area to repair it with another repalcement a couple hours later after being stuck in 77 traffic. Alex was very nice and prompt when he fixed my screen the first time. My screen then began not working correctly and Alex came back to repair the screen again. A couple weeks later the whole screen came out of my phone. I took the phone to battery and bulbs plus and they told me that the screen was not repaired correctly and many screws were missing.
