I honestly thought that when I walked in they truly wanted to help me. Boy was I wrong!! It started with a xray and cleaning. I was told I needed a crown and a tooth removed .. WHAT IN THE WHAT!! I love my teeth and just had my braces taken off. I was told that I had a "deep" cavity and the tooth could not be saved .. yes completly devastated!! That's why they were shut down for committing fraud
The very last appointment at this office was horrible, I waited for 3 hours to be called on, then when I got back there, I was back there for another 3 hours. Because, she would work on about 2 or 3 people at the same time. Now I am going somewhere else.
Took my money and ran. They charged me and my insurance up front for some fillings on both sides of my mouth and a crown on the right side. I paid $394 out of pocket to cover what the insurance didn’t. They told me they could do the fillings and temporary crown on the right side and then do the left fillings when I came back for the permanent crown and had me make 2 appointments. The whole thing got delayed because my treatment plan expired so they had to submit a new one to insurance. After that, they told me they couldn’t ... read more
