This Doctor Thomas Whitfield treats his patients like trash. He doesn’t listen and only looks at you as a number. He definitely only cares about money. I went to this Doctor to figure out what’s going on with my foot due to excess dryness. He looked at it and prescribed me a cream and spray to fix it but he wrote it on a piece of paper. I never had a Doctor write a prescription out on a piece of paper without asking me what’s my prefer pharmacy so I didn’t think nothing of it. The foot Doctor did me justice. I feel like I have new feet. The inserts helps me walk with zero pain. The staff is professional, wonderful and amazing. If you're having any problems with your feet Charlotte Foot Clinic is the way to go. You will be satisfied!
RUN RUN RUN!!! This "doctor" did not listen to my needs and request for orthopedic inserts even though I had a referral for them. I had to make a second appointment to get fitted for them. Three appointments later I finally got the inserts which were only half inserts. He does not tell the truth and is only interested in squeezing as much money out of you as he can. This guy is thee BEST in Charlotte, I am a Native New Yorker and I've been with him for over 9yrs. I am diabetic and he has saved me toes, limbs etc.
This dr only cares about the money, he didn't do nothing for me. When they rescheduled me for the third visit I called to canceled the dr pick the phone himself and tried to force me to come to his office after I told him that my feet hurt that I can't drive it's too risky with 2 kids in the car and he told me that me and him do not much that I have signed a deal at his office and I have to come since not like I am that busy. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GO THERE THIS DR IS TRASH AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
