My new fave yoga escape Charlotte Family Yoga Center is my new favorite yoga studio! The atmosphere and energy of everyone is so inviting, warm, and gracious.The instructors are knowledgeable and gentle yet challenging in the best way. Shout out to Diane <3, Shana, Mary Anne, Amber, Tony, Rebecca and everyone there. You guys are the absolute best! xo ~jimese
Yoga at CFYC is good stuff! CFYC is the most affordable studio in charlotte BY FAR! The instructors are experienced and caring. The atmosphere is warm and energetic. And, child care is a life-saver! I love this studio!
LOVE the Charlotte Family Yoga Center My daughter LOVES the kid yoga class and then it's hard to get her to leave from the childcare/play room because she has so much fun dressing up and playing with the other children!! The harmony class was VERY relaxing and the instructor was great... I didn't want to take the cold lavender towel off my forehead at the end!! I also like that the rooms are clutter free. Very simple and relaxing!!
Love that I can bring my kids! I love going to yoga @ Charlotte Family Yoga! The best part is that I can take both of my boys (1 & 4) and they have a great time in the playroom. There is always a supervisor in the room that plays with them. They have so much fun...and mama comes out relaxed and ready to take on the rest of the day! They have a great variety of times too. Sometimes we go up after an early dinner and do a relaxing, Harmony, class before bed.
Top Notch Studio! This is a top notch yoga studio, hands down the best experience I have had. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the child care is amazing. My kids LOVE to play there. This is a studio that welcomes both seasoned yogis as well as novices; you will never feel anything but positivity from the staff there. Love, love, love this place~ so happy to have a studio where I can practice yoga and allow my kids to play!!!
kd They have such a wide variety of classes with great instructors. The childcare option is awesome and cheap, cheap, cheap. Did I mention some of the instructors do a great foot rub at the end.
