Got Yoga? I have practiced yoga for years and am really impressed with the level of instruction as well as the caring and professionalism of the staff at Charlotte Family Yoga Center. I am especially fond of the Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga classes since I have an artificial hip. I highly recommend the Charlotte Family Yoga Center to anyone from beginner to expert.

AWESOME PLACE & AWESOME PEOPLE! I've just started doing yoga after being in the fitness world my entire life, I've done all types of workouts except yoga and now I am hooked! Not only are the classes amazing but this studio is awesome; the atmosphere and the people are great. Diane is a complete delight. My entire family loves this place and we would recommend it to anyone

Best Yoga Studio in N. CLT This is by far my favorite center for Yoga. Everything from the Flow, to the stretch, to the Tween yoga is dynamic. You can't go wrong with this establishment! The staff is ultra friendly and the instructors are well qualified. Give it a try!

Student Although I had taken a few classes with Charlotte Family Yoga when they 1st opened, my 1st true experience to the center and it's value to my life came last month (Sept). I had purchased a discount voucher several months prior for an 30day unlimited classes which was about to expire. Being a man of thrift, I decided to take as many classes as my time/body could take w/i a 3 wk period. Great experience! I have taken several different classes (slow flow, flow, deep stretch) and each one has been excellent! The instructors are terrific and very helpful. They really want each participant to have an enjoyable experience. I look forward to the cool, lavender washcloth at the end of each class!

Awesome yoga studio with something for everyone!! I've been practicing yoga on and off for about 10 yrs now in a variety of environments, and I absolutely LOVE Charlotte Family Yoga Center (CFYC) for so many reasons. First the number and diversity of the class offerings is unmatched. If you like it hot, they've got you covered. Awesome Space! Our whole family loves CFYC! They became a part of our life during my pregnancy while I practiced prenatal and now our daughter loves hanging out in the child care room (which is FREE) and taking classes together. The staff is warm and supportive and Diane goes out of her way to make yoga affordable. CFYC has really fostered a sense of community and our family is so grateful to be a part of that. With this type of environment, great class options and wonderful instructors you can't go wrong!

Great Studio This is a great studio with the biggest assortment of classes that I have ever seen. It doesn't matter if you want to work out or relax, there is a class there for everyone.

Lucy M Have visited this studio 3 times and have been very disappointed. There is an overtone from the instructors that this is a very Christian-Based studio. This is fine...it just needs to be stated somewhere so that those of us of different faiths know what we are walking in to.
