This was a challenge from the start and Charlotte, handled everything perfectly! She and her team even came up with a creative way to save me tens of thousands of dollars....like 25K!!!! Annnnnd she caught something today at the closing table and saved me another $495!! Besides that, if that wasn't enough, she is aggressive, available, knowledgeable, positive, hard-working, and just a joy to work with. Amazing home buying experience with Charlotte. She first learns about your needs and wants in a neighborhood then helps you zero in on an area that’s best suited for your family.
