Our family has used this practice for over 30 years. They have always been caring, concerned, and considerate. When my mother was had a cataract operation to try and give her a little better quality of life (she was an Alzheimer's patient) They were extremely caring and gentle. Can't say enough good things about them.

Horrible customer service and business ethics. The staff and doctors lack empathy. Called several times regarding my bill. I was billed for a service that was never rendered. Each time I called to file a complaint , the office staff told me the managers/billing associates will call me back. They have no accurate explanation. Better do your research and seek other services....because this doctor office will try to suck as much money from you as possible. They are avoiding me. Everything about my experience with CEENTA was wonderful. Staff was pleasant, practice was very clean. I saw Dr. Heavner who had to scope my vocal chords - usually not too comfortable a procedure. But, Dr. Heavner told me what he was doing every step of the way. Would definitely go back to see him. I actually have an appointment next week with a Speech Therapist and am hoping that appointment goes as well!

Charlotte Eye Ear Nose Throat This practice was great when I took my son about being tongue-tied. He had to have surgery, but did fine. At our follow-up, his tongue was great. He can now speak much better.

UP3 sleep apnea surgery – this guy is great. my sleep apnea may or may not resolve because of the shape of my nasal passage and soft palate issues, but i bet it will. he has a real understanding of the problem and is totally focused on the correction. Mayo graduate. very experienced. first in the city to try the pillar procedure and was entirely frank about the results. i was in minimal pain. he estimated three weeks and i maybe had a couple of hard days. great sense of humor and highly professional.

Opthamalogist Charlotte Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat Assoc. is a great place. I was recommended by my regular eye doctor because I needed eye surgery. There are several doctors that are specialists in different fields in this office. I was put at ease by the staff and the doctor, they explained everything that was going to happen before the surgery. Before I left his office I was very comfortable about having this surgery.
