Do not purchase the CEENTA PRK eye surgery package. The reason is if you complain about the results, they will just drop you as a patient and refuse to do another PRK surgery to correct your vision from the first surgery. And then you'll be stuck looking for another eye care provider to correct the results from the CEENTA PRK surgery. The service is worst I experienced! The doctor who serviced me was planning to retire. I felt that he is very bias and a racist! He recommended me to do a CT scan for an ear. After the CT scanning was done, he mentioned that it can not help to find anything. The insurance company declined the claim for the CT scan as it is deemed unnecessary. Billing issues and rude management. My wife received an annual eye exam that is covered 100% by my insurance. They erroneously and willfully billed this as a follow up medical visit. When questioned, they were extremely rude, refused several requests to properly file, and refused to look into the matter further. They are very very quick to send bills to a collection agency. BUYER BEWARE! I desperately needed a cataract removed and I don't have insurance. So I called around to find out how much it would cost. CEENTA told me it would cost $3,155 for the surgery plus the cost of medication prior to the surgery. I chose to go forward with them. The initial visit was over two hours and Dr. Kashyap B Kansupada talked at me for about 10 minutes. When I checked out they said I owed $195 as a down payment. The eye glass prescription operation is atrocious. The person in charge seems confused, communicates poorly and we have reason to believe that he is solely responsible for the original inordinate delay and eventual receipt of incorrect prescription. Once again we are waiting for the correct lenses to arrive and no word from this person who promised they would be ready today 11/20. I will never again trust Ceenta with filling prescriptions for lenses. This should not reflect on the other services provided by Ceenta.
In reference to the ******** NC office and Dr. Daniel B******, MD. I have been a patient of them, as has my father(RIP) ever since the mid 90's. Dr. G****(RIP) was also on staff at that time. I currently see Dr. B****** for both my diabetic eye exams and for contacts. I have never had an issue with him or the staff, and they have always been nice to me and professional. Staff and physicians are friendly.
Great people!!
I received a $6400+ pair of hearing aids on March 18 and returned them on March 28 with specific reasons for the return. I asked for a refund and the audiologist request on that day. To date I have not received a refund and have tried to find the business office. I called the main number 4 times and left a request for a call back, which I have NOT received. I will not do further business with CEENTA and do not recommend them to any one for any reason.
