I had no problem with the staff nor the doctor....being there for almost 3 hours is a shame. Most of the people around me were older citizens and had to endure the same punishment for over booking too many people. You have got to do better. It's just not fair to make us pay and suffer also.
Dr. Punjabi was awesome! Warm, patient, and super thorough. I highly recommend!
