Horrible customer service and business ethics. The staff and doctors lack empathy. Called several times regarding my bill. I was billed for a service that was never rendered. Each time I called to file a complaint , the office staff told me the managers/billing associates will call me back. They have no accurate explanation. Better do your research and seek other services....because this doctor office will try to suck as much money from you as possible. They are avoiding me.
