The staff is awesome. I had an abscess tooth. Had it pulled 11/26/16 no pain doing great. Office visit, X-ray and extraction fair price. I highly recommend.... 5 star service.
I have been to Charlotte Emergency Dental several times and they are always going ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I am comfortable and well cared for. If you do go on a weekend, arrive right when the doors open, or you may be in for quite a long wait. They are affordable if you do not have dental insurance and are an all around great place when you need immediate care.
This place saved my life this weekend! I was literally up all Friday night with excruciating tooth pain. I called EDC the next morning as soon as they opened and walked right in. I do not have dental insurance so I did have to pay out of pocket but it was worth the $260 total. I went in with pain and left with a simple extraction of my back molar. I am so much better today. Just so we are all clear, I generally hate dentists! I'm petrified of them! However, Dr. Wright and his nurses, even the receptionists are completely awesome! I am a huge baby in the dentist office and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible and that I felt no pain. They are also very efficient! They get you out of there as fast as they can while still doing their job the right way. My daughter has an appointment there now as well. Dr. Wright will be our dentist from now on. I highly recommend them!
I have never been there, however they turned my husband with an abscess in severe pain who had already been to the ED down because at 1:45pm they had already taken in there last patient of the day but they don't close until 3:00pm
I have to commend Dr. Yu and Kevin, they took excellent care of me! They both went above and beyond, I will always take my dental needs to Charlotte Emergency Dental. Rebecca P.
In and out! Within a hour 15 minutes. I was the last customer of the night and my tooth was difficult to remove. But the customer service was still great. I'm still healing but everything the dentist said would happen during recovery has happened, I'm glad I was warned.
