The PA I saw “forgot” to send in my prescription... nobody picked up and went straight to after hours at 4:00 pm... couldn’t even leave my PA a message because she wasn’t on the answering service.

We did not have a good experience. The NPs were lovely but after testing for a staph infection I was unable to get the results until I took my daughter to our pediatirican because she was getting so much worse and we feared the need for a hospitalization. I called the Charlotte Dermatology on 4 different occasions and left 4 messages and no one returned my call.
