I have been going here for a while now. After seeing different dentists around the area, I ended up coming back because of the terrible service I was getting elsewhere. I enjoy Dr. Ghim and his staff. They are always happy and friendly! I love my hygienist (Vesna) she's great!
Who likes to go to the dentist???? No one, but it's a necessity. I am sorta old (60+) and have seen dentists all my life (unfortunately) and I do not like even the thought of seeing one, ever since as a young boy my mom took me to one who used to hum while he drilled. Today was my first visit to the office of Dr. Ghim. My husband and I just recently moved to the Charlotte area and I was very nervous about finding a new dentist. When I walked thru the door everyone was so friendly and welcomed me to the office. Lisa, who cleaned my teeth today, was very thorough, professional and sensitive to my needs. When I met Dr. Ghim he thanked me for choosing their dental practice. I am VERY glad that I chose them! A very good experience.
Dr. Ghim and his associates are wonderful! They transformed my daughters smile when they fixed her front tooth. Our family goes to his practice and we receive such wonderful customer service the minute we arrive. They are professional, caring and genuine and we look forward to every visit. Thank you.
