I was personally very dissatisfied with my experience here. This branch was charged with insuring my vehicle which is slightly irregular (school bus). For over a month I received almost no updates on the status of the policy we were pursuing. Although led to believe we would have the vehicle insured in a short time, weeks went by with no info or status updates. The service at Charlotte Beardmores office is not worth one star. State Farm should shut this office down it make them look very bad she's differently not trying to help the customer.
