DO NOT USE CHARLOTTE AUTO... this place is a joke .. they will sell you a vehicle that breaks in 20 mins refused to fix it then when they finally agree they are just trying to get you to shut up .. when they towed my truck we told them it's a 4x4 it has to be on a flat bed .. nope they blew the transfer case and refused to fix that .. well they finally said they would take care of it ... yeah ok they they lied again ..
