I purchased my car last year and i must say that I have never had any major problems except for the normal wear & tear of having a used vehicle. Mike worked with me on the purchase of my car and whenever I ran into a problem all I had to do was call and talk to him about it. He always listened and worked with me to resolve my issues. I have gotten 3 vehicles from their an if any of them had a problem within the first 30 days they fixed it. I ran my own car fax on my cars i would no what im getting into. I got a 2015 at Nashville jeep an ran worst than the ones ive gotten at charlotte auto an plus cost way more. Learned my lesson an going back to buy another truck at charlotte auto...also the guy name mike is very professional an dont mind walking you through the lot answering any questions you may have

Dont get a car from these people. they're very unprofessional. I was ripped off and taken advantage off. was only 4 days late on my payments because i started a new job and they repossed my car just over a few days...They dont fully tell you all of the terms and conditions with getting a car from them. I should of know it was some kind of catch with these people. Horrible just horrible! !
