Really good-sized townhomes, comes with all appliances (including washer and dryer). However, the "maintenance" between and during a lease are laughable. They leave nails everywhere and just paint over things (like hinges and even cabinet edges). No screens over bathroom windows. The crew just leaves their drink bottles everywhere. When you report an issue, it takes a LONG time to get things fixed (if fixed at all).
They have the worse maintenance. The boiler doesn't work, it's been a week of cold water. Our washer and dryer move away from the wall (and disconnect themselves) in the garage hitting our cars whenever we park them inside. The problem had been called in, the person in maintenance took a video and now a month and a half later nothing is done. We were looking for another home. Unfortunately this location is in Los Angeles County. Place was beyond nice
