Charlie's is much better at finding cat pics than pictures of whatever parts you might need. And if you call to check on the progress, get ready to be met with excuses as to why the job isnt done yet. (And this is a best case scenario.) In a worst case scenario you might be snapped at or hung up on. Very poor customer service.
This man's customer service is AWFUL. It's been 2 weeks calling him asking about parts, I seen the car I'm looking for parts for in his pictures from 2014. But all I get are "I don't have any help, and I've got 37 other pulls in front of yours. If you can't wait I can't help you." I have cash money for my parts and can pull them myself if I needed to.
