Joel did a AWESOME job and was a cool guy! Definitely going back to him for my future tattoos!
Dave is absolutely phenomenal!!! He's done my half sleeve and I'll be going back to him for my leg soon! Everyone at Tattoo Charlie's is top notch and they genuinely care about their customers! I would never go anywhere else!!
