It is amazing when the tattoo you end up with is even better than the one you found as a model! Got my first tattoo tonight at Preston Hwy with Jinx and I've never been more impressed with a business and group of people!!
Had an awesome experience yesterday with Pike at your Preston Highway location. I am very pleased with my tattoo and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get new ink.

Horrible customer service. Went to the Lexington location about 4 weeks ago and spoke with Brian, I brought in a design for a breast cancer butterfly and he kept and said he would like to tweak it a little. He told me that he only works on Sundays and they only make their own appointments. He said if I called and he wasn't there to tell whoever answered the phone that he said it would be okay for them to make the appointment. Went in today to see about making an appointment. Drove over an hour after calling and being told we had to come there to talk with the artist to make the appointment. Then was told we should have called first. The lady at the computer with all of the piercings treated us very badly. She was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at us and talked to us like we were stupid. After that I think I will take my business elsewhere. Why spend money somewhere that we were treated so badly.
