Everytime we make a trip to Branson we eat here at least once. (Multiple times a year) We stay at the Hall of Fame Hotel right next to it. This weekend was the first time we were disappointed twice. Friday night the cheese dip tasted very strange almost to the point is spoiled so we returned it. Saturday we were out most of the day and were freezing so about 8 pm my husband went to order takeout and they refused stating it would backup their kitchen!! Our service was horrible! We waited 25 minutes for a table which is acceptable but after that, it was downhill. My country fried steak was overcooked dry meat which was tough. The salad had chewy stale tasting croutons, runny/watered down ranch dressing, soft cucumbers & the lettuce wasn't as crisp as it should be. The baked potato was not the best but it was edible. We had the best waitress, she was friendly and made sure everything was good.
I was made to wear a mask in the place and apon entering the building seeing employees not wearing thers. The bar tender was constantly disrespecting our President and swearing. I had my wife and kids with me and I dont talk that way around.my kids. We will not be back. The food was good.
I haven’t had a bad meal here ever. All the food is delicious and I personally love the steak the most. Affordable and filling all in one and pleasant atmosphere with nice servers.
