Tried Charlie's last night under the new owners we had a party of 6 our waitress was out to take our drink order right away she's was super friendly although she didn't know the menu very well or what sides came with what. We got our meal in 14 minutes and 38 seconds (yes Todd I timed it) . They were out of onion rings and didn't have Stella due to they don't have a liquor license yet. My 17 year old son took my daughter and their grandparents out for dinner last night at your restaurant. They told me they had never been treated so badly by a waitress. Her name was Destiny and apparently on top of being snotty and rude to them, she also made them wait 30 minutes for the check. If you can message me your address, I would like to send you some gift certificates and would like the opportunity to try and make this up to you and your family. This is not the way I want our employees to represent Charlie's. We are the ones that should be embarrassed!! We can and should do better!! We just started our new lunch specials for high school students from 11am til 2pm Mon thru Fri....this includes free pool , free soft drinks , 25% off regularly priced menu items , and for those of you that participated in our text to place a call in order last year we changed the number and now it is 3024991517. Wings were okay, but the kids Mac and cheese was definitely reheated, it has cold clumps in it and was stuck together. There were maybe 4 other people in there besides our table and the service wasn't the greatest. Seemed very over priced for left over food and terrible service.
