Poor communication and urges us to makes decision and says we ask too many questions when asked simple and basic things. Ended up paying 650$ for safety with a part he installed which I think he charged a bit more. Would not recommend due to his poor communication with customers.
I've never seen anyone so rude as this guy. Didn't listen to the customer and hung up.
I wish a rating of zero was allowed. Spoke to me for about 1 minute and then proceeded to tell me he is busy and hung up the phone very rudely. Is this business a joke?! Who treats their customers like that?
Charlie is one of the hardest working guys In KW. Highly skilled mechanic.
Was super rude. Said he didn't have time and hung up on me.
