RecommendedHillside auto repair has serviced my car for several years. They always do a thorough assessment and email me a detailed report. I am not a mechanic and don’t know much about cars. I highly recommend Hillside Auto Repair. They are wonderful to work with, their pricing is very reasonable and they are very helpful.
Customer service at it’s best. Brakes are working, my defroster/heater issues are gone, along with the rattles in the engine. The go to place for all things automotive

The communication between Sam and other Hillside workers is very good. Sam explained the problems with my son’s car and the cost to fix it. My son was lucky to get a loan car because his car took a week to fix. I will return to Hillside for future car repairs.

I was completely surprised by the level of service they provided. Way better than the dealer and kept in touch with photos messaged to me as they inspected the car (you would expect a Toyota dealer to use Toyota parts, but apparently mine does not). Hillside gets a solid 10 from me just for their inspection and another 10 for the quick and reasonably priced repairs. The staff is young, smart and hard working. Their waiting room is comfortable and the restroom spotless.

As we feared, it's gone way downhill since Dave sold the business. Long story, but bad service on both cars as determined by second opinions, bad consequences for our 2 vehicles, no accountability and very poor follow up. Such a bummer that we will be having to find a new place to get our cars serviced.

My husband had taken his car here and recommended them to me when I recently had an issue. Particularly, he mentioned Sam as he was very knowledgeable and honest. It’s rare to find an honest auto repair shop but that’s what I found at Hillside. Sam could easily have charged us for a repair which may have been covered by the dealer warranty and suggested we check with them first. If turned out he was correct, and it saved us plenty. I highly recommend this business and we will continue to bring our cars here for service!
Got towed in after my alternator went out. They had my car repaired within a couple hours, and at a reasonable cost. Could tell by Sam’s interactions with other customers, and with me, that this is a reputable business. Will look to them for any future repairs
