Service guy was friendly and helpful. Always receive great service from them
I hesitated to call because I had a bad experience with them many years ago but thought that it had been a while and the reviews were good. They are cruising off old reviews. I should not have bothered. Because of only having “one person” working, they missed the scheduling window twice with no contact. Had to call and kept getting put off. The last time, said I seemed upset and was canceling. Was not the case and now I’ve wasted a month on these people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Placed a service call at 8:30 am this morning (Saturday). Lady on the phone took my information and told me she would dispatch the call out to someone and I should hear from someone. At 1:30p.m. I had yet to hear from anyone, and I know it is summer and the weekend and can take a while, but I thought I would have at least received a confirmation call of sorts of when they expected to be by, or if they would even attempt to come by today.
